long lost track,, please need help

ok many years ago im guessing late 90s i had a mix cd from either mix mag or dj mag or similar publication,, was a tune on there but for life of me have searched best i can to find an artist or title,, all i can say was hard house very much like fergies early stuff, and was hard and fast and i vaguely remember a vocal that kinda was " everybody keep moving i cant take it no no no ,, im loosing my feeling" have lyric searched gone through discographies to no result just need some one who may know whta the hell im talking about :s
