Fresh, diverse music is essential for any club to be successful. Music should set the atmosphere and tone of the night and draw your targeted crowd. Our DJ’s stay on the cutting edge of the new music being released worldwide, receive pre-release promo’s and belong to many dance music clubs, social networks and subscribe to many organizations. We provide a variety of Genre’s and the DJ’s are able to work with the club owner, manager or promoter to select the right genre that will enhance the night. From an 80’s theme to Euro influenced Dance, House, and Trans our DJ’s are diverse and able to deliver. DJ Services for Private Parties/Events/Weddings/Birthdays A significant portion of our business is performing at private parties. The venues range from house parties to pool parties to corporate and event venues and Industry wrap and premiere parties hosted by the client. Upon contact, we assign an Event Coordinator and along with the DJ meets with the potential client. Together these individuals work together on several issues, most importantly music. Music should be in the background and accent the atmosphere and tone of the party or be the focus of the event. Whichever, we provide a variety of Genre’s and the DJ’s work closely with the client to select the right genre that works with the theme of the party. We also monitor the vibe and mood as the evening progresses and work with the client to have the music transition as the tone and vibe changes. Whether it is lounge, chill-out or an all out bumping and jumping dance-a-thon or all of them, we are able to meet our client’s expectations. Private parties/events are challenging so we provide an Event Coordinator who will work with the client, pre-event to understand the nature of the party/event. Gather information of the expectations of the client in regards to, timing, selecting a venue, dancing or a more Ambient role to insure that Randy Entertainment enhances the event in a positive way. We can provide a complete package which includes an experienced DJ, state of the art sound system and a mobile lighting system including lasers that adds an additional element to the party or event that will impress your guests. From the planning phase to the event and throughout the night, the Event Coordinator is present an accessible to the client to insure we are delivering on our commitment. Having the client and coordinator be the sole interface should something change or needs more attention, the client has to only speak with the coordinator and they will handle any and all issues, thus allowing the client to also enjoy the event. We aim to meet the clients’ expectations. We also work well in incorporating live performances into the party and/or event should the client wish to do so. We will work with the performer pre/party on sound check, song list and rehearsal.
