We setup 2 hours before the event. This make sures we cable correctly and test every peice of equipment before the event. We also ask for 2 weeks notice prior to the event so that we can schedule a meeting and get to know the environment were we will be playing, finalizing logistics, and getting to know what your needs are and building the event towards thos needs.
