More Important Than A Playlist For A Professional Wedding DJ

For a professional wedding DJ, even more important than having a playlist is having a "do-not-play-list." Obviously you want to make sure you play the couple's song, the right song for the father-daughter dance, etc. But you also want to be sure that you're not playing songs that bring up bad memories for either of the couple (i.e. songs representative of past relationships, songs that remind them of bad times in their lives, etc.). This is a great thing to work out during the pre-wedding consultation - know what songs to AVOID!
