Two new Stanton 2 channel mixers for aspiring DJ's!

For beginning DJs, Stanton has created two new mixers (two-channel) in order to supplement their mixer line. These are the M series 201 and 202 you can buy only through Stanton authorized dealers.

The M.201 has a completely redesigned, durable and dependable crossfader plus two Phono-Line inputs with selection capabilities with an input for the microphone.

The M.202 has more flexibility since it’s a top notch, modern, and affordable mixer that also has all the above features plus it offers two-way curve adjust for better mixing and scratching.

If you use the crossfader in ’Cut’ mode, the optical technology will extends its life. Plus, you can control the playback of fader start-compatible CD players with Fader Start, so the M.202 is ideal for Stanton’s new C-Series CD players.

Both of the mentioned mixers have per channel 3-band EQ with +9/-26dB boost/gain, Gain and EQ for the mic input, plus Cue Pan and Cue Volume controls. Don’t forget that Stanton has a lot of other high-quality DJ mixers such as M.300 series, and the RM 400 series of rackmount mixers.

Stanton M.304 10

Stanton M.304 10" 3-Channel Mixer with P&G Crossfader

The 10" M.304 Mixer doesn't just look good; it sounds great too ... thanks to Stanton's Superior Sound Technology.

Featuring a 3-channel mixer with Penny & Giles crossfader, the FX loop is engineered with SST for ultra-low noise and zero bleed.

Features 3 phono inputs, 6 line inputs, plus mic input with EQ; gain knob with LED indicators on all 3 channels; 3-band EQ on all channels, plus kill switches on channels 1 and 3; cue section with PFL and cue pan; and balanced master and booth outputs.

SST mixers offer several important advantages for DJs:
Ultra-low Noise ... Why add noise to your mix when you can have the pure sound of SST?

Try this with your current DJ mixer: make sure nothing is playing, then turn all the channel faders and master fader to their maximum positions. Then boost all the EQs to their highest settings.

What you'll probably get is a bunch of hiss and noise. On an SST mixer, you won't hear a thing!

Zero Bleed ... Another problem common to DJ mixers is channel bleed. For example, let's say you have a CD playing on channel 1 and nothing playing on channel 2. On many mixers, if you were to turn up channel 2's fader all the way you would hear the music bleeding over from channel 1.

Again, with an SST mixer you would hear nothing but silence. Better Overall Sound Because Stanton builds SST mixers with high dynamic range and low distortion, their mixers have a much more clean, transparent sound. The result is your music...
